Was mir nichts hilft weil die prozesse die aus dem procmail aufgerufen
werden das teure sind.

1. Delivery geht problemloser da kein locking bzw notwendigkeit
   der serialisierung. Siehe mailq - Teilweise bis zu 10000 mails in 
   der queue damit stau im mailsystem.
2. Fork/Perl parse overhead. Der startup ist bei perl signifikant teuer
   anders als bei potentiellen C programmen.
3. File open/parse overhead. Destination mailbox pro mail zu oeffnen bzw
   pro startup. D.h. einmal oeffnen und 4000 mails anhaengen. 

Ich erwarte eine etwa 10fache leistung.
