Linux auf SUN Blade 100 (SPARC)

Hallo,

hat sich schon jemand mit Debian auf SPARC näher beschäftigt? Ich habe hier
zwei identische und etwas betagte SUN Blade 100 Maschinen zum Spielen
(2x20GB IDE Platten, 1 GB RAM), auf denen das neueste Solaris ohne Probleme
läuft (Solaris 10u5). Nun habe ich versucht auch Linux zu installieren, also
zuerst einmal Debian/Etch 4.0r3: Ausgabe nach "boot cdrom":

Die Firmware ist nach dem Patch 119235-01 so aktuell wie möglich. Ich habe
es auch mit Gentoo 2007.0 versucht aber es kam ein ähnlicher Fehler. Gentoo
2008.0 beta2 bootet aber bleibt weiter haengen, ebenso lenny/netinst:

... und weiter gehts leider nicht. Falsche Grafikausgabe? Das passiert
übrigens sowohl mit Bildschirm als Konsole als auch über die serielle
Konsole. Was kann ich noch probieren? Gibt es andere empfehlenswerte Linux
Distributionen fuer SPARC oder kann.

Ich habe ausserdem noch NetBSD 4.0 ausprobiert -> bootet aber bleibt nachher
haengen. OpenBSD 4.3 dagegen laesst sich problemlos installieren. FreeBSD
habe ich (bisher) noch nicht probiert.
