Ein komplettes postfix wird eh nicht gehen weil der port 25 ja schon weg
ist .. Aber es gibt entsprechenden smtp mailer als pakete die nen
sendmail binary haben und nur via smarthost verschicken - als smarthost
localhost:25 reinbauen und fertig ...

Sieh dir mal "nullmailer" an ...
