Hi John,

- you checked the PC-Firewall / Router-Firewall? (standard Ports in 
Thunderbird Win = POP-Port 995 (should it be Port 110?), SMTP 25)
- you got the newest Firmware on your Router?

could it be a problem with "POP before SMTP"?
