isdn / ippp0 und routing

Du solltest ggf. die isdnutils löschen. Die sind für das Anlegen der
devices zuständig.  Der ipppd macht hinterher nur noch PPP und IP
dadrüber.

isdnutils drauflassen und die isdn device config ändern (/etc/isdn/*).
