Das sagt doch alles. Gnupg moechte mit dem lock() Syscall eine Datei (deinen 
keyring) sperren. Der existiert aber nicht fuer FAT-Dateisysteme.

google: "gnupg prevent lock" Die erste Seite gibt schon gleich aus, was auch 
eine man Page hergeben koennte:

--lock-never            
               
     Disable locking entirely. This option should be used only in very special 
environments, where it can be assured that only one process is accessing 
those files. A bootable floppy with a stand-alone encryption system will 
probably use this. Improper usage of this option may lead to data and key 
corruption.   

Also, wenn unter Linux nur ein einziger Prozess jemals versuchen wird darauf 
zuzugreifen, mach das, sonst lass den Symlink bleiben.
