Hallo Ralph,

die beste Doku ist nach wie vor das samba-3-howto, finde ich. Gibt es
sowohl in "tote-Baeume-Form" wie auch online unter 

http://us4.samba.org/samba/docs/man/Samba-HOWTO-Collection/passdb.html#id2533364

wichtig ist vor allem die Anpassung von /etc/nsswitch.conf.
