kernel erkennt fs der rootpartition beim booten nicht

Aha. Demnach ist das erste rootfs schon gemountet, nämlich via initrd.
Ich würde mal einen Kernel (samt Bootloader-Konfig) dahinstellen, der
wirklich funktioniert und den ganzen initrd-Kram nicht braucht...
