Keine Apache konfiguration möglich

Hallo,
ich habe ein Problem mit der Inatallation von Apache_1.3.28 und Php-4.3.4
Frage 1. muß ich die Uid und Gid Adressen ändern und wie mache ich das?
Frage 2. Sind die Rechte in dem entpackten Ordner eigentlich richtig 	 
vergeben?


Bei Apache habe zum entpacken

	gunzip -c apache_1.3.28.tar.gz | tar xf -

eingegeben.


das entpacken ging zwar hat aber dabei auch schon gemeckert

	tar: apache_1.3.28/src/support/split-logfile: Kann 				Datei-Eigentümer

usw.

Dieses ist dann der entpackte Ordner:

Dann wollte ich das Programm konfigurieren mit der Eingabe:

	./configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache

bash: ./configure: /bin/sh: bad interpreter: Keine Berechtigung
linux:/windows/D/Frank/Linux/Programme_Web/apache_1.3.28 #


Für Hilfe  wäre ich sehr dankbar
