DVDs mit IDE Brenner brennen

Hallo *,

kann ich inzwischen ohne ide-scsi Emulation DVDs auf meinem IDE Brenner 
brennen? Wenn ja: Wie?

Ich habs jetzt mal mit ide-scsi Emulation versucht, beim booten habe ich 
lilo append="hdc=ide-scsi" mit auf den weg gegeben und per /etc/modules 
ide-scsi und sg geladen, was auch funktioniert:

hdc: attached ide-scsi driver.
scsi0 : SCSI host adapter emulation for IDE ATAPI devices
   Vendor: RICOH     Model: DVD+RW MP5240     Rev: 1.11
   Type:   CD-ROM                             ANSI SCSI revision: 02

Jetzt will ich nen cdrecord-ProDVD -scanbus ausführen, was zu folgendem 
Fehler führt:
