qdisc tbf & Slashdotted

Hi,
da ich vor etwa 2 Stunden geslashdotted worden bin kann ich jetzt von
einem erfolgreichen einsatz von dem TBF qdisc berichten:

root at source:~# tc -s qdisc show
qdisc tbf 8001: dev eth0 rate 90Mbit burst 524270b lat 219.7ms
 Sent 4548739914198 bytes 3283367520 pkts (dropped 563422, overlimits 14548431)
 backlog 2628748b 1798p

Die Kiste bleibt bei ~90MBit/s und es kommt nicht zu massivem Packet
loss sondern zu einer langsameren verbindung - Wie man sieht im moment
etwa 1800 Pakete in der Output Queue und damit 2.6MByte was bei bei
90MBit/s auch rund 1/4 Sekunde sind. Trotzdem bleiben www.gnoppix.org
und source.rfc822.org erreichbar :)

Das Problem war lediglich das 450 Apaches nicht gereicht haben.
Nachdem ich das mal auf 850 hochgedreht habe ist die kiste wieder
erreichbar und es hat sich bei ~600 eingependelt.
