QoS hat u.a. auch was mit queueing zu tun - Wo habe ich eine queue ? Auf
dem interface das die kleinste Bandbreite hat - Und da - Outgoing - Denn
ueberall anders fliesst der traffic schneller ab als er reinkommt. Also
quatsch irgendetwas zu machen.
