(UCE) database. Consumers currently send spam to the agency at a rate of 
approximately 15,000 e-mails a day using the agency's database address, 
uce at ftc.gov. The FTC has collected more than eight million spam messages 
since 1998.

.. also könnte man mit spamassassin und procmail eine schöne Kette 
bauen.

Würde ich aber nicht, da es ja immer mal passieren kann das ein 
"false positive" auftritt und dann ist man selber ein DOS Angreifer..
