ssh ist oft gegen die libwrap gelinkt und die benutzt
/etc/hosts.{allow,deny}

Wenn die .deny ALL: ALL at ALL z.b. enthaelt und die allow nicht explecit
ssh-fwdX11 oder so aehnlich (man sshd IIRC) dann macht der sshd aufgrund
des tcp wrappers kein X11 forwarding.
