Du brauchst masquarading. Das maskiert deine Rechner nach außen hin als
einen einzigen. Darüber können FTP und Web dann laufen.

Ein transparent Proxy ist im prinzip nichts anderes als ein normaler
Proxy - nur fängt er anfragen an Port 80 auf fremden Rechnern ab.

Du kannst im Prinzip auch einen FTP Proxy aufsetzen und dir damit
masquarading sparen. Dann läuft aber auch wirklich NICHTS anderes. Kein
SSH, NTP, News, Telnet, etc
