Wenn Du versuchst, den ProFTPd zu starten, dann stellt dieser leider
fest, daß bereits ein Programm am Port 21 (der ist laut /etc/services
für FTP) schon ein Programm "horcht". Wenn Du root bist, kannst Du
herausfinden, welches Programm da lauscht:

	fuser -v -u 21/tcp
