Merkwuerdiges Netzverhalten?

Hallo!
Kann mir jemand sagen was hier los ist?
Seit letzter Woche haben wir immer wieder das Problem, dass es
"Verstopfungen" wie unten beschrieben im Netz gibt.
In der Kiste stecken zwei 3com 905 Karten.
