netscape personal toolbar folder

hi,
in meinen Bookmarks taucht nach jedem Neustart von Netscape
wieder dieser lästige "Personal Toolbar Folder" auf. Kennt jemand
einen einfachen Weg das zu verhindern, oder muß ich wirklich die
Dateien suchen und löschen?
