Einbindung von rsa und idea Modulen in gpg

Nun habe ich die rsa und idea Module für gpg vorliegen (Danke Andre!). Aber
wie sag ich den nun gpg? 

Das Ganze wird irgendwie in ~/.gnupg/options eingetragen. Leider habe ich noch
keine Hinweis gefunden wie.
