k 2.2.12-32 module mit unresolved symbols?

Hallo!

Hat irgendwer eine Ahnung, warum meine Module trotz frischer Kernelsourcen 
nach config, dep, clean , modules, install, bzImage, depmod  -a  immer noch 
haufenweise 'unresolved symbols' aufweisen?.
Mache ich einen prinzipiellen Fehler??
