2.0.29 ist steinalt, seit dem hat sich so viel geändert, daß du den Treiber
eigentlich nur wegwerfen kannst. Beste Chance wird es sein, zu gucken, was für
ein Chipsatz auf der Karte ist.

Eine Datei identischen namens (rtl8139.c) gibt es im aktuellen Kernelsource.
Mach in /usr/src/linux ein "make menuconfig" und wähl bei "Network device
support" "Ethernet (10 or 100 Mbit)" den Menüpunkt "RealTek 8129/8139 (not
8019/8029!) support" aus, das sollte deine Karte sein. Dann kompilier dir das
Kernelmodul mit "make dep modules modules_install"
