Success Hot-Swap raid5 w/ Linux

Hi,
ich habe hier mal mit Althardware ein Raid5 (Neue Raidtools/Raiddriver)
aufgesetzt. Natuerlich waren schon mal von 8 platten 3 Kaputt.

Was ich mal spontan probiert ein hot-swap hinzubekommen - Funktioniert ...

So bekomme ich ein volume aus dem raidset raus - melde es im kernel ab
ziehe platte stecke neu melde es wieder an und adde es wieder zum
raidset - Und schon  laeuft der rebuild des raids los ...

(root at move)~# raidhotremove /dev/md1 /dev/sde1
(root at move)~# echo "scsi remove-single-device 1 0 2 0" >/proc/scsi/scsi
(root at move)~# echo "scsi add-single-device 1 0 2 0" >/proc/scsi/scsi
(root at move)~# raidhotadd /dev/md1 /dev/sde1

1 0 2 0 steht fuer

1 - Hostadapter (0 ist der erste)
0 - Channel 0
2 - ID 0
0 - Lun 0
