ISDN, es weigert sich beharrlich

Hallo LUG,

ich versuche jetzt schon seit Tagen meinen ISDN Zugang einzurichten.
Ich habe das i4L Paket installiert.

Die Doku des DLH Projekts gezogen und gelesen.
Leider findet sich dort keine Antwort.

Die Systemgrundlagen:
Red Hat 6.0, i4L Paket in aktueller Version

Ich habe otelo als call by call Anbieter anzuwählen versucht.
Ich habe die Skripte entsprechend angepasst.
Als Anlage habe ich die wichtigsten Skripte und die messages aus /var/log
geschickt.

Wenn ich die Null (der Outgoing Number) entferne, bekomme ich den Rufabbau
mit Meldung E021F, ansonsten
(wie zu sehen) E0010.

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?
